Hast Shilp Vikas Yojna

Under this scheme, the corporation provides working capital assistance to artisans. The artisans can form a Group/Society/Association for availing working capital from the corporation. An individual artisan is also eligible for this scheme.

Quantum of loan Rs.15,000/- per artisan.
Rate of Interest 2%
Repayment Period 2 Years
Means of Finance HPSCST Development Corporation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1. Member of Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe Family who is bonafide Resident of Himachal Pradesh.
  • 2. All the application/artisans should be below poverty line.
  • 3. Applicant should not be defaulter of any financial institution/bank.
